Iron Gate Industrial Condos is located on Jills Ct inside Irongate Business Park, on the north side of Bellingham just off I-5. The site is accessed via a short service drive off W Horton Rd, immediately west of the I-5 interchange. Signage directs visitors to the gated entry; call (360) 303-1450 ahead of your visit so we can have the gate open.
