Information you give us. When you submit the inquiry form we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), interest type, message (optional), and the page the form was submitted from.

Automated data. When you visit the Site we automatically receive standard server log information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, timestamps). We also use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors engage with the Site (pageviews, scroll depth, clicks, session recordings, and similar telemetry).

Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to enable site functionality and to measure engagement. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry about purchasing or touring an Iron Gate Industrial Condo.
• To facilitate an introduction to our real estate agent, Chet Kenoyer, and to our financing partner, Peoples Bank, if you request financing information.
• To measure and improve the performance of the Site.
• To send follow-up communication related to your inquiry. You may opt out at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

We share your information only with:

• Chet Kenoyer, the licensed real estate agent representing the Iron Gate Industrial Condos listing, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
• Peoples Bank or another financing partner, only if you specifically request a financing introduction.
• Service providers that operate the Site on our behalf, including our hosting provider (Vercel), our database provider (Supabase), our email delivery provider (SendGrid), and our analytics providers (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity).
• Legal authorities, if required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

4. Data Retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to comply with our business and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing chet@chetkenoyer.com.
